Where do you call home? I'm lucky to call Coeur d'Alene, Idaho my home base and central hub for travel purposes. I write from my "boardroom," a deck overlooking a wildlife-surrounded pond and thousands of pine trees. Nature is the most powerful creative fuel.

What is your customer service philosophy? It is my job to ensure that all prospective, new, and longstanding customers have what they need to prosper – delivered with a creative edge, well-written, on time, and with a smile.

Where are you from? I am so grateful to have been raised in Northern Idaho (the more granola part where potatoes won't grow). At the base of the Rockies, its natural beauty is reflected in the genuine, selfless people who reside in my hometown of Moscow. I recently moved back to Idaho after living for 10 years in sunny Southern California.

What is your working style? I'm one of those driven perfectionist types, but would never present myself that way (ahem, except here). I thrive in environments where my communication skills and knack for lifting people up are put to good use.

What is your favorite place to retreat? Hands down, the best (yoga) retreat I've helped guide was to the Goddess Garden Eco Sanctuary in Costa Rica. There is an incredible vibrancy about the jungle energy there that sheds light on the beauty of simplicity.

What do you do in your spare time? I teach both Vinyasa yoga and meditation. I attribute my sanity and sunny outlook to my dedicated practices and try my best to pay it forward.

Who is your style icon? Audrey Hepburn. (Isn't she everyone's style icon?)

What would we find on your nightstand? My latest yogic read, an Anthropologie candle, a Tara statue, the latest edition of Vogue, and perhaps a couple of empty coffee cups (evidence of my love for a daily cup of joe).

How would you describe yourself? Like any other human, it takes a pretty long list of things to describe me (lover of travel, hopeless romantic, humor-seeker, dedicated yogi, writer, reader, hiker, good-food-appreciator, listener, and eternal student).
